FAQs

  • There is no specific age which is best to support children with their sleep. In fact you never need to change anything about your child’s sleep if it works for you and your family.

However, there are times when baby and toddler sleep becomes unsustainable for a family. In this instance, we are here to offer support.

We offer support from 4 months to 4 years and the recommendations will differ depending on the age, stage and individual needs of your child.

  • Our sleep plans are bespoke to your child and are written based upon the information obtained from your sleep questionnaire, sleep diary and video consultation; all of which are sent to you after signing up.

  • Sleep support is not a one size fits all approach and that is why we have a number of approaches to sleep training, the large majority of which do not involve you leaving your baby or leaving their room. We want to give you the confidence to support your baby through a period of change, in a way that feels right for the whole family.

  • During the first 2 weeks of sleep support, we would advise doing as many of the naps at home, in the cot, a you can. After this, we support a more flexible approach as who wants to be inside all day?! Generally an 80/20 balance works well; 80% of naps in the cot, 20% elsewhere.

  • No. Most of our strategies involve you staying with your baby, providing reassurance and loving support toward independent sleep.
